Start by picking the best day to go the gym. Perhaps Tuesday is the day you’ve got the most free time, or maybe it’s Friday. Whichever day it is, single it out as your “gym day” this week.
Once you’ve crossed it off the first time and enjoyed it, add a second day the following week. From there, you can start to build a bit of momentum.

Why? If you don’t challenge yourself, you’re probably not going to actually achieve anything. You have to be prepared to push yourself a bit out of your comfort zone for your fitness routine to have any results.
