You will need:
1 cup of blueberries (frozen or fresh)
1/2 cup of raspberries (frozen or fresh)
1 ripe banana
1 cup of nonfat plain yogurt
Optional: you can add one table spoon of honey and ice cubes to your taste. Blend well all the ingredients until smooth. You will get 2 delicious servings.
