FRUIT SMOOTHIE RECIPE 2 BLUEBERRY MARRIES RASPBERRY

Smoothie is one of the most delicious and healthiest drinks that exist on this planet. Today, I continue to share with you my favourite  smoothie recipes…Here is a quick recap how to prepare fruit smoothie with blueberry and raspberry:

You will need:

1 cup of blueberries (frozen or fresh)

1/2 cup of raspberries (frozen or fresh)

1 ripe banana

1 cup of nonfat plain yogurt

Optional: you can add one table spoon of honey and ice cubes to your taste. Blend well all the ingredients until smooth. You will get 2 delicious servings.
