TIP OF THE DAY “WEIGHT LOSS”: TO LOSE WEIGHT – START LOVING YOURSELF FIRST

People who try to lose weight, usually, are not content with the way their body looks, they criticise themselves inside and, often, have very small amount of self love and self acceptance.

But the process of gaining slimmer figure can become a lot easier and more harmonious when you start loving yourself first.

For example, singer and actress Kelly Osbourne lost 23 kilos and created completely new image of herself. She shared that in this process, first – she became happier, learned to truly love herself and changed her life for better and her weight loss was just a pleasant bonus added to her positive inner changes.

You can ask: “How can I love myself when I am so fat and I don’t even feel pretty?” The answer is – you need to understand that you are more than just this physical body and you need to fall in love with your inner self in order to make positive changes in your outer appearance. All changes start from within, even in ancient times our ancestors new it. Buddha said: “You are what you think.” This means that if you think you are fat and unattractive this is what you will become. We don’t want that! You need to start thinking that you are beautiful no matter what (no matter how many kilos you weigh), change your attitude and start loving yourself right now! Then you will see how your body and the world around you will positively change.

(Good affirmations, for example, can help you to have more of self love. Here are some of them: I love and accept myself fully and completely! I am vibrant being of love and light! I am beautiful inside and outside! I am loved! I am accepted! )

Let’s learn from examples of people who achieved their desired outcomes and lets make self love and self acceptance our priority. Always remember that you are your own “bestest of friends” and you should always and only support and encourage yourself, (never talk negatively to yourself inside) and then, your desires and goals will come to pass a lot quicker and easier.
