(And most important, never eat in front of a TV or computer.)
2) Don’t eat while listening to rhythmic and loud music, this can stimulate overeating.

4) Eat no less than 3 times a day. Even better, if you have a possibility, divide your usual 3 meals on 6 smaller ones and during the day – eat more often but smaller portions. It will boost your metabolism, you won’t feel hungry and you will easily stay slim.
5) Learn some recipes of fruit salads and eat them instead of dessert. They are very tasty as well as healthy!
6) Drink water regularly – pure water or even better, water with lemon and ice cubes. It’s good to drink about 8 glasses a day.
7) Write yourself a motivating note and stick it on your fridge. For example: “I love eating healthy and I love to be in a great shape!”
8) In the evening, don’t eat 3 hours before going to bed.
9) Find in internet picture of a person with the figure of your dreams and stick this picture on your fridge for your motivation. This will help you to set visible goal and you will be astonished how easily you will achieve it.
10) Never eat while in a hurry or running, this won’t help you to stay slim.
11) Start every meal with a salad or a fruit. This way you will eat less food high in calories.
