Simply mix together half a cup of jojoba oil, five drops of chamomile essential oil, 10 drops of rose essential oil, and 20 drops of Vitamin E oil. Then, add 5 drops of eucalyptus essential oil and 10 drops of vanilla essential oil mixed with some jojoba oil. Seal the bag and use your hands to massage all the ingredients together and then transfer your homemade bath salts to a sealable jar for storage.

Don’t waste the bananas when they start to go brown; they are incredibly useful as a skin care ingredient, even when they have gone a bit too ripe. Here’s a very simple recipe for a banana body scrub that will exfoliate your skin and nourish it too. Mash up a couple of ripe bananas with a fork and then mix in 3 tablespoons of sugar.   • 1 cup bicarbonate of soda
  • 2 cups Epsom salts
  • 5 drops rosemary essential oil
  • 10 drops cinnamon essential oil

  • 2 tablespoons dried lavender flowers
