We, human beings, do spend an awful lot of time, dwelling in the past and dreaming of the future. It’s a bit of a strange habit really, especially given that we can neither alter the past, nor predict the future. All it really can do is to make us wonder about what we could have been and worry about what might be, and that’s why people who live for today are often the happiest.
