You have only one body while living on this planet, therefore, try to take good care of it by eating healthy and exercising; not only fit and healthy body will help you feel more confident about yourself, but also, you’ll have a lot more success with the opposite gender.

3. Keep a good posture

A good posture can not only make you look more attractive, but also, it can make you feel a lot more confident.

4. Remember people’s names

Did you know that people really love to hear the sound of their own name? Sometimes it’s hard to remember all people’s names, especially, if you are socially active and meet many new individuals every day.
