Everyone has a little bit too much to eat over the Christmas holidays and the workout routine tends to take a back seat as well, so as we are now well on our way into 2018, we thought we should take a look at some healthy smoothie recipes that will fill you with goodness but not with calories. Here are ten wonderful smoothie recipes that taste great and are brimming with nutritional goodness.

1. Berry and oat smoothie

Oatmeal makes a great breakfast, but what do you do if you just don’t fancy a bowl of steaming hot oats. You could try this great recipe for an oatmeal and berry smoothie that will give you a delicious s tasting breakfast that is full of the goodness of oats. Just throw the ingredients in a blender and whizz away!


  • Cup of almond milk
  • ½ cup of frozen berries
  • ½ cup of rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup of plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • ¼ cup of ice
