TIP OF THE DAY ‘WEIGHT LOSS’ – EAT TO LOSE WEIGHT

Today I’m sharing with you the main secret on how I stay thin with no effort. A lot of celebrities use this trick, it’s very simple, but extremely helpful for those who desire to lose weight. It consists in eating to lose weight. Yes, you’ve just read it right – eat to lose weight! But there is a little condition – eat small portions every 3 hours.

In this ‘eating style’ the timing of your meals and the size of your portions are important. Determine the size of your portions yourself, you should be comfortable with it, but you should’t be eating the extra large portion of food every 3 hours! The portion should absolutely be smaller, than the usual size.

This method can help you to avoid the feeling of hunger, can help boost your metabolism and, therefore, help you lose weight.

In the beginning, it might be difficult to implement this new way of eating into your everyday life, because we all are creatures of habit and it’s not easy to go out of our comfort zone or instantly change things that we used to do for years; but if you discipline yourself to eat this way, it will gradually become your natural way of eating and you will notice the tremendous difference in the way you look and feel.

Usually it takes about 3 weeks of repetitive discipline to make a certain action – your habit. After this time, it will become your second nature.
This is how I usually eat and I never have any problems with my weight or figure.

So, TIP OF THE DAY: Try to eat SMALL portions of food every three hours.  (Of course, ask advice of your doctor before attempting any diet changes).
