14 SUPERFOODS TO BOOST YOUR HEALTH

How to eat healthy and how to boost your immune system?

We all want to make healthier diet choices, but often, we just don’t know on what to stock up while doing grocery shopping. Today, let’s look at the list of superfoods that can not only boost your health and immune system, but also, these foods are very delicious. Let’s begin:

1) Artichokes

Rich in antioxidants, artichokes can prevent cancer and heart decease and, also, may help lower your cholesterol levels.

2) Blueberries

Blueberries can become your healthiest and most favorite snack. Packed with vitamins and antioxidants, blueberries are a great source of fiber. You can add blueberries into your salads, yogurts, healthy desserts and smoothies.

3) Avocados

Avocados are loaded with vitamins, fiber and healthy fats. Eating this wonderful fruit may help prevent diabetes, cancer, lower your cholesterol levels and improve overall body functioning. You can add avocados into your salads, sandwiches or into your green vegetable smoothies.

Rich in vitamins A, C and E, kiwis can help prevent the occurrence of dangerous blood clots and fight free radicals that damage body cells. Slice a kiwi into your salad or eat it as is.

There are many reasons why you should include beets into your diet. Nutritious and low in calories, beets can supply you with natural energy and are great immunity boosters.

10) Carrots

We all know that carrots are very good for our overall health.     I’m glad (and pretty proud) to say that these are all part of my family’s diet…except artichoke and beets. I’m not so sure, but the kids aren’t into it for some reason.
