10 Tips on How to Improve and Maintain Hair Quality

When you apply conditioner, apply it only up to about two inches away from the roots, or it will make your hair oily.

Try massaging your scalp with a natural oil, such as chamomile oil, coconut oil or argan oil, once a week and watch the health of your hair improve.

Avoid pulling your hair back too tightly and using very tight hair ties, because tightly pulled back hair will put a strain on the follicles and tight hair ties can cause the hair to break.     Please help. My hair has always been my pride and joy. I figured since it is pretty healthy, it could deal with some bleach damage. And I figured the master stylist who did all the color-corrections would know how much would be too much. I was wrong, and now I want to burst into tears every time I look at my hair or touch it. I just don’t know what to do. my hair has also NEVER been shorter than this and it breaks and falls out. What should i do to regrow hair?

      You better go bald and have a buzz cut. It will work better and while the new hair grow you start applying caster oil on alternative nights and wash it off on mornings or Noons. It is said that if you leave oil for 12 hours its good for your hair. Otherwise 6-7 hours is also a fair time. I know its funny for females sometimes as girls dont think always like Miley Cyrus 😂 but still its a better way. I am men and I am going to do this now having the same problem.
