HOW TO WHITEN YOUR SKIN AT HOME USING 3 NATURAL INGREDIENTS?

- 2 Tablespoons of whole milk
- 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon of wheat flower
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, until you get a very smooth consistency. It’s best to do this mask in the evening, approximately one hour before sleeping.
Also, it’s important to mention that you need to protect your face from the sun after doing this face mask, because one of the main ingredients in this mask is lemon juice, and it can produce a strong reaction in the sun so that the pigmentation can become even more pronounced, so be careful and protect your face from sun rays.
Start off by washing your face with lukewarm water before applying this face mask to your skin. Leave this mask on your face for about 15 minutes, until it dries completely. Also be careful that this mask doesn’t come near your eyes, because lemon juice can strongly irritate your eyes.
So, once this face mask is dry, wash it off with lukewarm water and pat your face dry with paper tissue.
You can do this mask at least once a week for the best results, but don’t do it more often than two times a week. Chose one day a week when you can enjoy some me-time and do this pleasant and relaxing beauty treatment.
