1. Thyme oil

Take one cup of brown sugar, mix it with half a cup almond oil, two spoonfuls of honey (that’s tablespoons), and a teaspoon of vanilla extract for an additional aromatherapy effect. Massage into the skin after you’ve washed with shower gel, or whatever detergent you use, and pat yourself dry rather than wiping.
3. Tea and honey mask
If you think your face could do with some brightening, mix a small cup of cooled tea, two tablespoons of rice flour and a teaspoon of honey and apply as mask. Leave it for fifteen minutes or until it is completely dry, then wash it off. You can use any tea you like, black, green, or even herbal, they all have beneficial properties for your skin.

You need some plain yogurt and any berries that you like: cranberries, blackberries, blueberries, take you pick or mix them all in. You’ll need half a cup of cornstarch, a third of a cup of baking soda, five tablespoons of coconut oil and some essential oil for the fragrance, five to ten drops. Mix it all and put it into an old deodorant container. You can also put it in an old cream box and rub it in with your fingers.
