When you treat yourself to a day of pampering at the spa, what treatments do you go for? There are a lot of different spa treatments available, so to help you choose, here are some of the treatments that you will have heard of and some you probably won’t, but all are worth a try.

1. Mud bath

It’s probably been a while since you played in the mud, but give it a go at a spa; it’s great! Lay back and relax in a mud bath and it will leave your skin feeling amazingly soft.

2. Deep tissue massage

This is a special kind of massage designed to relive deep muscle tension. They will leave you feeling free and loose, but don’t try them if you have very sensitive skin or a low tolerance of pain!

3. Microdermabrasion

This treatment will give your face a whole new lease of life and leave you with younger, fresher looking skin. It’s a type of deep exfoliation that massages your face with tiny micro crystals.

4. Acupuncture
