10 Amazing tips on how to make your breasts look wonderful
The breasts are a very special area of the female body and we guess most men would agree with that statement immediately. But they are not special just because they’re the focus of men’s fantasies and a major source of joy when making love. They are quite literally special and need good care to remain tight, smooth and healthy as long as possible. Here is how you can take better care of your breasts and make them look their best.
1. A good fit
An ill-fitted bra is one of the worst things you can do to your breasts, no matter how fabulous that cleavage. It’s true that few of us were born ready to become a Victoria’s Secret model, but torturing your breasts with a bra that’s too tight will not do you any favours. Choose bras that make you feel comfortable, not just look glamorous.
2. Organic, not synthetic
Staying a bit more on the subject of lingerie, natural fabrics like cotton or silk are a better choice, than synthetics. Synthetic materials not only chafe and irritate your skin, they also retain moisture and could lead to fungal infections, among other things. Besides, if you have supersensitive skin, the risk of skin irritations is even higher. Go for the natural.
3. Wear it regularly
The importance of comfortable bras is only enhanced by the fact that they work best, if you wear them every day. The simple truth behind sagging is that gravity works its evil on the breasts, and wearing a good, comfortable bra is the way to delay this evil. Unsupported breasts tend to sag earlier. It’s a bit like dough, really: if you let a piece of dough hang, it will start stretching down.
4. Treat them to a massage
Massaging your breasts regularly serves a double purpose. On the one hand, it lets you feel any irregularities at an early stage and take measures. On the other, like any other massage, it increases blood circulation, hence cellular health, and keeps your breasts looking perky.
5. Cold showers
Not the treatment to jump to, especially, if it’s winter outside, but cold water is good for the skin on the breasts. You can either turn up the cold water and directly massage your breasts with the shower head, or soak a sponge in cold water and massage them with it. Add some mint oil for additional effect.
6. Sit up
A good posture does wonders for your breasts (not to mention your spine, but it’s not the topic of this article). Walk with your head high, as if you’re carrying something on it. Keep your spine straight and your shoulders pulled back. It takes time to get used to it but once it becomes a habit, you won’t even notice you’re doing it.
7. Eat well
That’s a universal advice when it comes to healthy, glowing skin, and is particularly important for the sensitive skin on the breasts. Fish, greens, and cereals are particularly good, but a healthier diet as a whole is the way to go, if you want to be happy with the sight of your breasts in the mirror.
8. Drink water
Dehydration means dry skin, and dry skin sags easily, because it’s less elastic. And we don’t mean that you have to be parched to start drinking lots of water. Just drink it regularly, along with freshly squeezed juices, rather than bottled sugary drinks.
That should go without saying but it bears repeating. Good breast care should involve regular treatment with moisturising creams or lotions, the more natural, the better. Cocoa butter is considered particularly effective, it’s regularly recommended for breast care during pregnancy.
10. Easy on the diets
You’ve heard about the boomerang effect, right? You know starvation followed by overeating leads to sharp fluctuations in your weight. Well, these fluctuations have devastating effects on your breasts – the skin becomes less elastic and sags, and stretchmarks rear their ugly heads. Do yourself a favour, if you want to lose weight, lose it gradually.
