10 Health benefits of bulgur wheat

Bulgur wheat is made with whole wheat kernels that have been partially boiled and then baked, which reduces the amount of time that it takes to cook, but retains nearly all of the natural goodness of the wheat.  It is a staple food of many Middle Eastern countries and is becoming a firm favourite in the West too.
