We live in a world of increasingly perfect bodies. But how do YOU get the perfect body you’ve always dreamed of?

Perfect body’s are everywhere. They’re on Instagram, in magazines, on advertising billboards, at the gym, on the beach … there are more and more of them.

You’ve casted your eye on them in envy and now you want what they’ve got. And why not? They’re just girls like you are. YOU can look just like that at the gym, on the beach and in the club. The power is totally yours.

Yep, anyone who wants it enough can get in shape and look the way they want to. All you need to do is stop wishing and start doing.

We’re here to help you boost your confidence and get the look you want. It’s time to stop looking forlornly at your reflection in the mirror and time to take the steps that will help you sculpt the perfect body. Here are ten tips:

Workout At Home

You don’t have to head to the gym to workout. You can exercise at home! This is super convenient, and it means there are no excuses when you don’t feel like going to the gym today because it’s raining!

You don’t even need any equipment. All you need is your body, some energy and motivation.

Basic exercises such as squats, lunges, tricep dips, planks, calf-rises and wall-sits can be done easily at home at any time.

We recommend that you do a trio of each set at 15 to 30 reps for each exercise. For best results, do them at least twice a week.

Look At The Bigger Picture

How many times have you focused in on a specific body part and got upset because it “doesn’t look right”?

Maybe one ankle looks bigger than the other, or your shoulders are too broad for your hips?

Instead of dissecting your body parts like this, try to look at your body as a whole.

Remember To Do Cardio

When working on their body, some girls forget all about cardio. But if you want the perfect body, cardio should be a key part of your routine. Why? Because it helps you to make some seriously good progress.

We recommend that you include up to an hour of moderate to intense aerobic workouts at least three times each week. You can get away with doing just 30 minutes, but if you do aim for 30 minutes we suggest that you increase the amount of times you do cardio to five times a week.

Make sure that you stretch before and after your workout so that you don’t pull any muscles during or after your exercises. Stretching post-workout also helps with recovery.

Your cardio exercises can include fun things, such as tennis, roller blading, cycling, swimming or even a fun (competitive) game of squash with a friend.

Eat Well

You are what you eat, and you’re only as strong as your weakest link. If you continue to eat junk food or snack on candies or pour salt over your food or refresh with soda, your body will reflect these bad habits.

No girl who has the perfect body did so on an unbalanced diet rich in junk. A perfect diet equals a perfect body.

Ignore fad diets and focus on whole foods. You don’t need to cut out meat, but you do need to eat as much plant-based food as possible.

Reward Yourself

Eat well and workout hard, but give yourself rewards. Otherwise, you might lose motivation.

Lift Heavy

Lifting heavy probably sounds a bit scary at first, but it’s not nearly as scary as you might think.

And if you want to look awesome, lifting heavy is just something you’re going to have to get used to.

How often and how heavy you lift will help you to achieve the perfect look if you lift often and lift heavy!

Go Fast

The more work you can do in a shorter period will have excellent benefits and help you to achieve your goal sooner than you planned.

If you go faster, you can lose fat quicker. It’s just that simple.

Drink Water

Water is our lives blood. But far too few of us drink enough of it. In the morning, we’d rather down a cup or two or three of coffee to wake us up and help get us in the zone.

Or maybe we’ll drink fruit juice or soda.

The problem with coffee is it’s a diuretic, which means it can cause weight gain. Fruit juice and soda, meanwhile, are rich in sugar and therefore not exactly your best friends as you look to sculpt an amazing body.

Water, on the other hand, is the most natural, healthiest substance you could drink that’s got your back. It flushes toxins from out of your system, keeps you properly hydrated, and can help you lose weight.

Wear The Right Clothes

Before you’ve got the perfect body, it’s totally to cheat a bit. How? By wearing clothes that accentuate your curves.

This isn’t really cheating. It’s more of a hack than anything else. But way too many of us get annoyed with ourselves when we look at ourselves in the mirror and complain that our clothes don’t fit right. They’re hanging loose, their baggy, or they show our stomachs. Either way, we’re ruining the clothes!

Um, no. It’s the opposite – the clothes are ruining us!

Start wearing clothes that actually look good on you. They will boost your confidence as you set about trying to get the perfect body.

Be Positive!

For some, the perfect body is a matter of perception. They could look fabulous and STILL say they look terrible.

Some of us are hard to please, especially when it comes to our own body’s. Stop being so hard on yourself. Be kind to yourself. Smile as you leave the house and be positive that you have an amazing body. Your posture will reflect this.
